Breathing is a pillar of yoga practice. From a postural perspective, breathing implies the consciousness and coordination of several muscles in the pelvis, abdomen and rib cage.
It must be studied in a global way: breathing well requires aligning and stretching the body.
We will explore the link between breathing and core muscle work, along with an optimal and healthy use of the abdominal muscles, the famous center of the boy, in several types of postures.
