NATA is located at 28 rue Planchat in Paris, between the Père Lachaise cemetary, the place de la Nation and the place de la Réunion.

Our certified teachers offer classes year-round in our beautiful studio surrounded by two gardens or on-line for even more convenience.

Check out our yoga and meditation schedule to find a class in our studio, 7 days/week (when health security measures allow in-person events).

We also offer regular classes live via Zoom, which come with a link active for 5 days so you can repeat the class whenever you want. Discover our online schedule.

You can get a taste of our teachers with over 40 free videos on our YouTube channel.

Our warm kitchen overlooks our south garden. It's the perfect spot to forget the stress of the city and discover new foods and friends.

More than merely teaching recipes, our classes are an escape from the hectic pace of the city. Sharing our values of respectful food that nourishes body, mind, spirit and earth with others has become our credo. No guilt-trips, demonizing, or complicated math and nutrition: just good food and good fun.

NOTE: Our cooking classes will resume in September, 2021.

NATA @ quai branly july 29

“Relaxing bubble” (initiation to Yoga Nidra) - Thursday 07/29 at 7:00 p.m. and 8:15 p.m. - Quai Branly green theater (théâtre de verdure) - free and without reservation (subject to availability), health pass NOT compulsory.

We are delighted to have been invited by the Quai Branly Museum to participate in their summer festival, around the theme "Listening to the living". NATA will offer an initiation to yoga nidra (yoga sleep, or deep relaxation). Our teacher Larissa Roy, with her dual training as a musician and yogi, will represent the center.

The museum will provide mats to lie down; you can bring a blanket to cover yourself if it gets chilly that evening.

For more information, visit the museum's website: Musée du Quai Branly.
