health measures

The current health crisis forces all businesses open to the public to take special protective measures. At NATA, this means:

  • All classes are limited to 12 participants.
  • Students are required to bring their own yoga mat.
  • Masks are to be worn everywhere in the studio, except during practice.
  • Hydro-alcoholic gel is available throughout the studio.
  • Frequent contact surfaces are regularly disinfected.

We have also prepared this document (in French) to explain the steps we are taking at NATA. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

What do students think of Zoom?

In January 2021, we asked our students what they appreciated about yoga via Zoom and what surprised them in this new way of practicing. We were touched by their answers, seeing how everyone integrates this new possibility into their life in their own way. You can read all of their answers (in French) in our compiled document.

masks

Everyone is required to wear a mask at NATA. Once you are on your mat, you can remove the mask during practice and put it back on once class is over and you move about the studio again. This procedure follows the directives put in place by the Ministry of Sports. The studio windows are opened before and after each class to renew the air supply in the studio, in addition to all the other sanitary measures. Thank you for your understanding.
