Our warm kitchen overlooks our south garden. It's the perfect spot to forget the stress of the city and discover new foods and friends.

More than merely teaching recipes, our classes are an escape from the hectic pace of the city.

Sharing our values of respectful food that nourishes body, mind, spirit and earth with others has become our credo. No guilt-trips, demonizing, or complicated math and nutrition: just good food and good fun.

Check out our schedule of upcoming workshops!

kirtan chanting

Friday September 10

8:30 - 10:00 p.m.

Kirtan chanting is a traditional community practice in India, often accompanied by musicians. NATA will draw on our team's musical talents with visiting musicians dropping in from time to time.

Once a month, all are invited to join us for these free sessions.

Come quiver with the vocal and musical vibes and take part in strenghtening the friendly neighborhood atmophere of the studio.

movie night

EMBRACE YOUR BODY

Friday October 1

8:30 p.m. • 5 euros/person

The inspiration for the documentary Embrace came about in 2013 after Taryn Brumfitt posted an unconventional before-and-after photo that sparked an international conversation about body image and acceptance. In order to combat the progressive invasion of the yoga sphere by diet culture, NATA is happy to present an evening around this powerful film. Sadly, five years after it was made, there is still tremendous work to be done.
