Join us at 8:30 p.m. for an evening of music, chanting and food! Traditional Indian chants in Sanskrit and Pali, accompanied by various instruments (harmonium, guitar, percussion...). After the music, a free vegetarian potluck! Feel free to bring something to contribute to the buffet. No reservation required.
Noodles are part of the heart of Japanese cuisine, served hot or cold depending on the season. You will learn how to cook them and the art of serving them with a dashi, the essential bouillon, and dressing them up with several other vegan preparations.
This class will focus on udon and soba, two favorites in Tokyo. Soba are often eaten chilled, which makes them perfect for summer.
