bollywood night

Come celebrate life with Nohmana during a musical, dancing adventure. She will introduce you to the joy and beauty of indi-pakistani dances, using the music of Bollywood films. Immerse yourself in Indo-Pakistani culture.
Pamela will prepare a buffet of street food typically found in Bombay to spice up the evening.
replacing meat

Lighten up your meals by learning how to replace meat with plant-based proteins. Senêt will show you new techniques to make tofu and seitan, introducing several recipies that really have a lot of flavor, the essential ingredient in any meal.
serene sleep

To help overcome difficulty sleeping, yoga offers concrete and effective tools to move into sleep with more serenity. In this workshop, Pamela Weber and Alisonne Sinard will show you concrete techniques to help you get a better night's sleep. The first part will introduce good sleep hygiene and examine various postures for sleeping. The second part will be an experience of yoga nidra, "yogic sleep," to truly drop into deep relaxation.
