There's the insomnia that makes it hard to fall asleep and that which wakes you up in the middle of the night. Some people count sheep, others toss and turn in their beds.


To help overcome difficulty sleeping, yoga offers concrete and effective tools to move into sleep with more serenity. In this workshop, Pamela Weber and Alisonne Sinard will show you concrete techniques to help you get a better night's sleep.
