Meditation is a practice that bears repeating over time : it's typically not conquered all at once. Stillness is not innate.
In this workshop, we will have time to examine:
• several seated postures and their pros and cons
• the impact of different hand positions
• the three main phases of entering into meditation
• the most common obstacles
We will practice together in several periods, more or less long, with little breaks in between for teaching and sharing.
Once established in the practice, sitting for longer and longer times is easier.
