Come learn about a new way of communicating. Learn to translate your quasi-automatic thoughts into sincere and deep expressions of what's most alive in you at a given moment, keeping compassion for yourself and for others at the forefront of your exchange.

All of the world's cultures have cooked these incredible sources of economical plant-based protein. Rich in fiber, good fats and micro-nutriments, beans are also the darlings of nutritionists. So why not you? You will learn how to make a variety of hot and cold dishes, with different types of seasonings to suit all palates. There will even be beans in our dessert!
