To help overcome difficulty sleeping, yoga offers concrete and effective tools to move into sleep with more serenity. In this workshop, Pamela Weber and Alisonne Sinard will show you concrete techniques to help you get a better night's sleep. The first part will introduce good sleep hygiene and examine various postures for sleeping. The second part will be an experience of yoga nidra, "yogic sleep," to truly drop into deep relaxation.

All of the world's cultures have cooked these incredible sources of economical plant-based protein. Rich in fiber, good fats and micro-nutriments, beans are also the darlings of nutritionists. So why not you? You will learn how to make a variety of hot and cold dishes, with different types of seasonings to suit all palates. There will even be beans in our dessert!
