We rarely give ourselves real time in deep relaxation. Even at the end of a yoga class, the time for savasana is often cut short to squeeze in one more posture or to get back to daily life.
Give yourself the luxury of a half-hour, only for you, to slip into a state of consciousness somewhere between wakefulness and sleep. You will shed deeply held physical and psychological tensions, free up your breath and take pleasure in just being in the moment.
