She began teaching yoga with private lessons for a year. Because she trained in English, she was able to teach to English-speaking groups, notably at the Alaya Retreat Center, also in Spain.
Once she arrived in Paris in September, 2023, Alexandra began teaching in Parisian studios and for a corporate clientele.
Open to the world and a lover of learning, Alexandra will guide you with great care, attention and compassion. Her approach will help you feel vitalized at the end of each session. Her vinyasa classes are dynamic and organized around a philosophical or spiritual intention, which will carry you throughout the class.
She especially enjoys the sharing that can take place between teacher and student, in the sincerity of bodily sensations, mental and emotional formations that arise during a class. She likes to see her students evolve, to get to know them and to guide them through their practice.
