At the crossroads of meditative yoga and sound baths, Alisonns offers her "Yin Yoga Sound" classes at NATA, which help release the body and encourage your imagination to wander.
She accompanies each class with poetry readings, song and live music from a variety of instruments (Tibetan bowls, shruti box, koshis, kalimbas, etc.), in order to open a space of inner awareness that allows the body to drop into itself and experience the art of slowing down.
For over ten years, Alisonne has explored the worlds of improvised dance, listening to self and others, and the creativity that passes through the body in movement.
In 2019, she decided to train in the yogas that brought her the most freedom and joy: yoga nidra with Uma Dinsmore and Philippe Beer-Gabel and Yin Yoga with Cécile Roubaud.
A long-time fan of music and sound, she later decided to train in sound therapy with Miky Lagadec.
