Ariane Guitton has been teaching yoga since 2008 as a natural extension of her career as a dancer and choreographer.
She sees daily practice as an invitation to return to the self and to take care of all of its different parts with compassion and curiosity. Returning, day after day, to the heart of the breath grounds her and gives her a deep feeling of unity.
In her classes, Arianne hopes to bring each student back to the pleasure of being in the body, to feel alive, connected and open to listening to all that emerges from the inner self.
She draws from all the teachings she has received over the years to create sequences where everyone can explore their own rhythm, develop their balance and stability, all the while renewing themselves in the breath and in the release of bodily movements.
She has studied Vinyasa Yoga with Gérard Arnaud, Yin Yoga with Biff Mithoefer, Vinyasa Krama (the Energetics of Sequencing) with Rod Stryker, Yoni Shakti Yoga with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, and Pranayama and Prana vyayama with Maitri Yoga Vedas, among others.
