Sandrine Saporta Cohen

Starting in 2016, Sandrine undertook several training programs: Vinyasa yoga, Yin yoga, Pre- & Post-natal yoga, Yoga therapy and Pilates. Her goal was to share her life philosophy because, over the 50+ years of her life, Sandrine has reinvented herself whenever needed in order to stay at peace. After a long career in the crazy milieus of advertising and the internet, she decided to dedicate her life to something that had more meaning: teaching the various techniques of well-being. Indeed, for over thirty years before her formal training, Sandrine had been involved with both the martial arts and yoga, disciplines which helped her preserve her physical and mental health. Eventually she felt called to share all that she has received.
