In a friendly atmosphere, NATA’s welcoming and experienced chefs will share their knowledge and teach you new techniques to prepare delicious, seasonal meals.


Our classes are open to everyone, regardless of personal food choices. Avoiding dogmatism, we want to share our passion, creativity, excitement and know-how about the myriad plant-based alternatives to the highly processed “food products” widely available today.


Our plant-based cooking classes are a chance to discover new ingredients, their origins, their nutritional benefits, and many creative ways to prepare them.


Our chefs use all organic, non-GMO ingredients to create appealing, deeply satisfying dishes for all seasons. As much as possible, we privilege locally sourced produce from Ile de France.


We can accommodate any special dietary needs upon request. Please let us know when you make your reservation and a minimum of 48 hours before your class to make sure that we can honor your request.

COVID-19 sanitary measures

The COVID-19 pandemic has made us all think about our lifestyle, our health and our food. We are more convinced than ever that our veggie cuisine is a form of gourmet health in your plate, and we're more enthusiastic than ever to share our knowledge, our savoir-faire, our advice and our sources of information with you.


During the period when restrictive measures need to be taken to help limit the circulation of the virus and the risks of contact, we have made the following engagements for our cooking classes:


  • classes will be limiited to 10 participants
  • hydro-alcoholic gel will be available at the entrance
  • all participants will be required to wash their hands with soap and water before the beginning of the class
  • masks will be required of all, including the chef, during the "teaching" portion of the class. You can remove your mask for the meal included with every workshop
  • the focus will be on lecture and demonstration by the chef in order to limit movement about the kitchen and the handling of equipment, material, and ingredients

Whether you want to gather friends and family for a birthday or anniversary party, make cooking part of a wedding celebration or hold a fun team-building experience for your collaborators, NATA can help you with a personalized experience. Starting with a minimum of four people and with a maximum group size of 15 participants, your individualized cooking class at NATA will give you a chance to relax and learn together in our beautiful kitchen.
