Using the techniques and practical exercises from Mindfulness and Non-Violent Communication, this class aims to shed a soothing light on our daily conversations: with ourselves, with our partners, friends, family and colleagues.
Each class will consist of a time for sharing, followed by the introduction of a theme and interactive exercises. Students should be ready to actively participate in group exercises and not just come to passively listen.
Given the special nature of the class and its content, if Pamela is unable to give the class due to illness or travel, there will not be a replacement and the class will be cancelled. Thank you for your understanding.
