While tofu is often the star of plant-based cooking, it’s not the only one on the podium. This workshop invites you to discover two other rich and flavorful proteins: tempeh, with its firm texture and subtle aromas, and seitan, tender and satisfying.

 

On the menu: a seitan roast with traditional flavors and orange-glazed tempeh inspired by Chinese cuisine — a journey between the familiar and the exotic, all while expanding your plant-based repertoire with proven techniques.
