What if plant-based baking became your new playground?
In this workshop, you’ll discover how to succeed in both sweet and savory creations… without eggs, butter, or milk, while keeping all the flavor and texture.
We’ll put these techniques into practice with two distinctive recipes: caramelized onion tartlets, rich in flavor and meltingly tender, and lemon–poppy seed madeleines, delicately fragrant with a soft, airy crumb.
On the menu: simple tips, hands-on practice, and tasting in a friendly, convivial atmosphere.
