An immersion at the heart of the elements
The Indian philosophy that nourishes yoga describes the universe through five great elements, from the densest to the most subtle: Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Space (or ether).
These elements do not only make up the world around us: they constitute us intimately and are in constant dialogue with our body, our breath and our mind.
Pamela and Sophie invite you to a summer retreat to experience intense moments of practice, reflection, sharing, and sensory experience.
Over four days at the Moulin des Bouillons, nestled in the heart of nature in the Perche region and close to a magnificent lake, we will follow a rich and balanced programme:
• postural practices,
• pranayama,
• guided meditations,
• philosophical and historical teachings.
Each element will be approached as a key to understanding and experience, in service of a more conscious, embodied and living practice. Full programme available here.
