yin + yoga nidra workshop

After the Christmas holiday, Alisonne invites you on a journey through the elements in three two-hour workshops.
Each workshop will begin a session of yin yoga to gently stretch and calm the body, followed by a yoga nidra to slip from relaxation into a deep yogic sleep state.
The experience will be enhanced by the sounds of her collection of Tibetan bowls and other instruments.
The three workshops are complimentary, but can also be taken individually.
