Pamela Weber invites you to reconnect with the darkness of the night and mark the changing of the seasons with this complete, candle-lit practice.


Nighttime invites us to go inside, to find deep rest. Come explore the energy of the night in a class that will include meditation, mantras, pranayama (breath work), asana (postures) and nidra (deep relaxation, yogic sleep). 


This session will be limited to 20 participants. Reservation required.
